Our barbeque is traditional southern and still unlike any barbeque you have ever had. We pay homage to the many great pit masters who have gone before us and put our own twist on every item we serve. The approach is classic culinary: source the best quality ingredients we can and don’t mess with them too much. We cook our barbeque the old traditional way with plenty of kaiwe and time, adding just the right amount of our house blend to create bbq magic.

We bring together the best of all great BBQ techniques to create something uniquely ours. The process begins with the best, all-natural meats and poultry, seasoned with perfect house blends and then smoked with kaiwe for many, many hours until the perfect harmony of smoke, flavor and time emerges.
